Every booking includes the full floor, 1gig speeds, and a production cart so your crew can move fast and stay focused on the work.
Available for half-day, full-day, and multi-day productions. Minimum two hours.

Hit the Book Studio button above, choose your date and duration, and select any add-ons you need. Once your booking form is submitted and payment secured, you'll get a confirmation. Every booking includes the full 3,200 sq ft floor, 8× C-stands, sandbags and weights, light modifiers (softboxes, flags, reflectors, diffusion), a fully-stocked production cart, 1 Gbps dedicated Wi-Fi, and complimentary snacks and water for your crew. No hidden fees.
Yes — there's dedicated parking directly adjacent to the loft at 1409 Botham Jean Blvd. Street parking is also available nearby. If you're bringing a large crew or production vehicle, reach out ahead of time and we'll coordinate.
Absolutely. You're welcome to bring your own cameras, lighting, and crew. The space is yours for your full booking window. If you need additional gear, check out our rentals — lenses, lighting rigs, audio, stabilization, and atmospherics are all available as add-ons.
Cancellations made 48+ hours before your booking receive a full refund. Within 48 hours, we'll credit your booking toward a future date. No-shows forfeit the booking. Email us if something comes up — we'll always try to work with you.
Yes. For productions that need the space for 2+ consecutive days, or creators looking to book regularly, we offer discounted rates. Get in touch at hello@artcorecollective.com with your project scope and we'll put together a custom rate.
